Living Room and Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machines (drip and pod), raclette, fondue, and stone grill appliances, allowing you to enjoy convivial meals. The living room has a television.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: A double bed for a comfortable night's sleep.
Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds, ideal for children.
Additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed in the living room.
Both bedrooms are interior rooms (without exterior windows). The living room, however, is bright and provides direct access to the outdoor area, offering beautiful views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for relaxation after a day on the slopes. The toilet is separate.

Outdoor Space:
An outdoor area with a table and chairs is available for you to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.

Other Amenities:
Ski locker: Convenient for storing your ski equipment.
Baby equipment: High chair, travel cot, bath seat, as well as games and books for children, so the whole family feels at home.

Important Information:
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is not included in the booking.
- A security deposit of €500 will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount will be debited from your credit card, and your card limit will not be affected.
- Pets allowed: Your four-legged friends are welcome (a €30 fee applies for the additional cleaning).
- The property does not have Wi-Fi.
- The accommodation may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility due to stairs.
- During the winter season, check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 9 a.m. If these times are inconvenient, we can potentially adjust them to suit your needs.
