Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their suite and use it to enter/exit the parking garage as needed. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

This vrbo is perfect. The location is prime and by everything downtown. Room was clean and bed was so comfy! The parking was a great perk as well. Had no issues at all.

This was our very first VRBO stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Location was amazing. We were within a block from Breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants. Riverstreet was just across the street. I highly recommend this location

Great location

The apartment was comfortable,and clean. Nothing negative to say. I will comment on a couple of things that were in previous reviews. One, we were not disturbed by the bar downstairs, however we were there during the weekdays. Second, this is a big One.. others have written in their review about the trip hazard with the rug in the living room. It had not been taken care of on our trip either. Such a little thing but could possibly injure someone ....rotate the rug around...done! Overall a very good experience. Would recommend. one, they're were several comments one

Great Location

I was down for a conference that was at the Hyatt just a block away, so the location was terrific! I enjoy the food at the Treylor Park, and it was fun being able to tell my colleagues I was staying at the Treylor Park ;-) Great space for two, the air was cold. I did have to replace the batteries in the remote control, but no big deal. Parking is a couple blocks away, but for Savannah that's not too bad.

Lovely Cozy Property

This apartment is perfectly situated to be able to walk everywhere! Even though the restaurant is directly under the apartment, the sounds were barely noticed. All instructions were clear and the notebook with instructions and suggestions was great. Parking garage was a very short walk and we appreciated having secure covered parking. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Had a great time in Savannah and really appreciated the included parking so close by! Overall a great experience, easy check-in/check-out, and location. Only complaint was loud music and chairs being moved above us each night but this was minor. I would recommend to family or friends!

Perfect except for…

I would have given 5-stars all around but a stopped up tub with regurgitated backflow ruined it for me. I would advise that when cleaning crews go in after a stay- that awareness of slow draining anything be addressed asap instead of getting a negative review.

Savannah Weekend Getaway

For our quick getaway to Savannah, we wanted to stay in a place that was nice, comfortable, in a great location, and included a parking spot. This property did not disappoint! The Bay Street location was ideal for enjoying both the waterfront, and the whole historic district. Centrally located, we could get just about anywhere we wanted in no more than a 20 minute walk. The directions for entering the property were clear, with ample advance notice for us to feel secure that we knew what to do when we got there. For a party of one or two, the apartment is absolutely perfect, with comfortable furniture, and sufficient space to spread out and store items. We would absolutely consider staying here again when we plan a return trip to Savannah!

Excellent place to stay. Prime location. The studio has all the amenities and is well keep. Couple observations: The soap in the bathroom is not great. No enough space in the bedroom to charge cell phones next to the bed.

A++ Lucky Savannah management & team.

Management & team were great. 2 minor maintenance issues the day we arrived on a Sunday we're taken care of swiftly with no interruptions to our planned activities. The apartment was clean but not fresh. There was dust on all countertops and surfaces and the area rug needed a fresh vacuum. The location is awesome and I would definitely stay here and with Lucky Savannah again 😊

Cozy and convenient. However, very noisy due to the bar downstairs. Also we almost got locked out on New Year's Eve as the restaurant closed the common entrance. Fortunately there was person cleaning up that we got the attention of. Need to improve some amenities-get a decent coffee maker, maybe 2 bars of soap!

Cozy Space in Good Location. Good Value for the Money

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location. Good value for the money. Small but cozy. Second story--Only one flight of stairs. Off street parking included. Cons: Unit is over a restaurant and shares the entry/lobby. During busy times, the door can be difficult to access. You will have to carry your bags for some distance--1/2 a block or more. Noise from the restaurant is noticeable at times. The view from the windows is poor.

Property had a few issues. Running toilet, broken kitchen drawer and a rug trip hazard. These all can be fixed and should be. But the main issue is the fact it is located above a popular bar. The noise doesn't end until 1AM. So, if you're a lite sleeper pass on this one.

Perfect location for us….

This apartment was in the perfect location for what we wanted to see and do. Most everything was within walking distance. The AC however is 2 mini split units and a note asked us not to turn on the one in the bedroom. The remote seemed to have no control on the one in the living area so it was either on and too cold or had to be turned completely off. The apartment is also above a pub, so there was the sound of music playing at night which wasn’t too bad. But if you are early to bed like we normally are it may have some impact.

Extremely Loud

This property was in a great location that’s about the only perk . Parking was a couple of blocks away . The unloading zone was hard to get into as it also services a hotel on the corner as well. The add mentions a restaurant downstairs so we were expecting a little noise . What It did not mention is it is also a bar style environment which blast music until 1am . The music was so loud it shook the floors with every thump . This makes it hard to sleep at night and as soon as the employees came in the music was back on in the mornings . Property management company was less than urgent for request . Wash clothes were delivered several hours later and the toilet paper we requested never arrived and required another message the next day only for it to deliver in the afternoon . The rental could use a really good cleaning as there were actually dirty show print on the edge of the tub when we got there . Kitchen was stocked to the minimum with utensils , not even a spatula to flip food. There was a closet next to the bathroom door with an alarm . Everytime the door was closed the alarm would go off . Lastly check out requires you to take out the trash to a dumpster a couple of blocks away behind another building . This is less than convenient to carry trash that far .
