Het appartement was niet schoon bij aankomst. Het zou geschikt zijn geweest voor 6 personen, maar naar onze mening was het te klein, zelfs voor 4 volwassenen. Slechts 3 volwassenen konden op de bank zitten. De woonkamer is ongeveer 12 m³. Overal lag stof; in de kasten stonden de boodschappen van de vorige huurders.Er lag een haarbal in de gootsteen.Kortom, het was erg slecht en een grote teleurstelling voor de prijs die we betaald hebben. Er is nauwelijks opbergruimte voor eten en andere spullen in de keuken.De jonge vrouw achter de balie was meer geïnteresseerd in haar mobiele telefoon dan in onze vragen. Daardoor kwamen we in de verkeerde kamer terecht, want ze stelde geen verdere vragen. We hoorden na een tijdje ook de toegangscode, die een andere vrouw ons gaf.Het is mogelijk dat we de sleutel niet op de juiste plek hebben ingeleverd, want de brievenbus was moeilijk te vinden. Er waren alleen Franse zenders op televisie.
