La Casista

Overview

Treat yourself to a relaxing vacation in Orlando with a stay at this gorgeous town house La Casista Four bedrooms, all with TVs and Wi-Fi access and three luxury bathrooms can easily accommodate nine guests, providing plenty of space for everyone to have spread out and had fun.

Lower Floor

At La Casista you are greeted with an open planned living/kitchen area for all the family to gather. The teal accents of colour really gives it that pop! A crisp white leather wrap around couch, this living area is big enough for all to sit and recoup after a long day at the theme parks. The chef of the family can get the snacks ready in the state of the art kitchen, keep them company by sitting on the breakfast bar that seats four people. The kitchen has up to the minute appliances; wine and dine at the bespoke glass six seater dining table fit with white float effect chairs. This lower floor has a king bedroom, suitable for guests who would struggle with stairs or just like to be closest to the pool! Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower.

Upper Floor

Upstairs, you have yourself one king bed with an ensuite, one queen bed, one double bed and one twin bed. The family bathroom is just across the hall, complete with a large shower. On this floor there is also the washing machine and dryer. Every room is accompanied with its own flat screen TV too.

Outside Living Space

Take a dip in the splash pool! either after a day relaxing at home or to cool off after a long day at the parks. Escape reality in a book whilst laying on the comfortable sun loungers chairs, wine and dine on the outside dining area for some alfresco.

Story Lake Resort

One of the region’s newest destinations, the beautiful Storey Lake Resort is filled with amenities for the whole family. Compete against each other, or other guests, on one of the many sports courts or through a round of mini-golf. Entertain the kids at the playground and then cool off at the splash park, while floating along the lazy river, or playing in the resort-style swimming pool. Enjoy the diverse amenities of the clubhouse which features a fitness center, business center, spa and Tiki bar. As the name suggests, this resort also features its own lake on which guests can enjoy via a fishing dock and the canoe/kayak launch.

The property was even better than I expected. It was clean and updated. The Waterpark included was excellent. We stayed a complete day at it. It was well maintained and supervised to keep all safe and happy. We rented a cabana to get out of sun when needed. My favorite VRBO I've stayed at thus far.

Friendly and helpful host. Quick responses. Clean and beautiful condo. Easy check in and out. We enjoyed our stay. We reported a sink drain stopper that came unhooked and they fixed it within a day. We enjoyed the patio pool and large open family room & kitchen.

Great location and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed, we spent most of our time at the parks so we didn’t use the pool or other amenities. I only had a few questions and communication was quick and easy.

The location was good. The plunge pool was nice but the pool & outdoor furniture were a bit on the dirty/unkept side. Kitchen had essentials, wouldn’t say fully stocked. Beds except upstairs master bed were all pretty hard and the mattress cover was very loud to sleep on. Not enough seating for six unless you were sitting at the tables. And only one couch which was nice looking but was not comfortable. We were gone to parks most of the time so didn’t really hang out in living room. There were not enough beach towels for all six of us adults. Only provided 3. Had a back up in the downstairs bathroom shower which they came and fixed the day after we called. The people we communicated with were all very nice and professional but my suggestion would be for management to come and see what is being rented to use and see what might make a better experience in this particular unit. I am a STR owner myself so I know there are a few changes I would make in order to make a more comfortable experience. But definitely location was good and interaction with their service people whether handling the booking or maintenance were excellent. Thanks for the use of your space.

Great location!

The property was just as described and work great for our group! The property was close to the parks which made it less stressful after a long day at the parks. Plus the kids love swimming in the pool!

Location was great for the parks. Paid for pool to be heated and it was but still chilly in the afternoons when the sun was blocked by the building. Beds were comfortable but VERY loud when entering and exiting. I think the frames made the noise. Grill was great but no cleaning brushes. We put grate in dishwasher to wash.

You’re absolutely right about the pool temperature: even when heated, cooler weather and shade can affect how warm it feels, especially in the afternoons. The note about the bed frames is very helpful — we’ll have maintenance look into that to reduce the noise. And good catch on the grill brush as well; we’ll make sure one is added so future guests don’t have to improvise (points for creativity with the dishwasher, though). Nice, huge family house and heated pool!

My 3 little kids loved this house and pool. It was very clean and the pool was nice and warm for them. Game machine is a fun added bonus. House is located close to everything. We enjoyed close travel to Disney while there. Extras like lazy river and resort pools added bonuses too. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great spot to land for a Disney/Universal vacation

Within 15 minutes of all the parks and less than 5 minutes to the grocery store. Plenty of space. I do wish the AC would have been a bit cooler since the temperature was so hot outdoors.

After all, it’s likely that you’re coming to Orlando to enjoy the world-famous theme parks and attractions, and you don’t want to spend all day driving to reach them! All our Orlando vacation homes are within 20 minutes’ drive of Disney World (some are only a few minutes away) and they’re all within easy reach of the other main attractions, including Universal Studios and Sea World. They’re also all based on exclusive gated communities; many of which offer great facilities, such as communal pools, clubhouses, fitness centers and sports courts.
