There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply. *We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay. *Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens. *Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply. *Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors. *There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home. *If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

Great house in a great location. We enjoyed the outdoor space, the easy walk to Hyde Park, and the house was very comfortable for our family of 4. It is perfect for a family.
This property was everything it said it was & more! Beautifully decorated, comfy & they supplied everything anyone would need! Conveniently located near everything we wanted. Hosts went above & beyond with communication from the minute I booked & made me feel like family! We would definitely book again & highly recommend!
This is an awesome house in a really cool neighborhood. We were visiting our daughter for Parents Weekend at BSU. This was the perfect home away from away!

The house was very comfortable, modern, well equipped and very clean. The backyard was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. The neighborhood was very peaceful and perfect for a long walk.
We loved walking around the north end, and enjoying the lovely backyard with its yellow leaves. Place was convenient to everything, clean and comfortable - a north end treasure! Thank you!

Clean house . Updated kitchen and master bedroom. The bedrooms are on different floors offering a bit of privacy. Neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Short walk to Hyde Park.
This was a great experience. The hosts provided nice towels and linens (1), stocked with kitchen basics, fresh flowers, coffee and light snacks, plenty of plates and glassware along with pots and pans. The bathrooms were great and bright. The hosts were very responsive. We were in boise for a family wedding and enjoyed the brightness of the home and it’s great location for walking. When we return, we will stay again.

My friend and I stayed at this property during our 30 year high school reunion weekend. The location was great as we walked to nearby Hyde Park for coffee each day. The kitchen was stocked well. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom got a little warm but we opened a window at night and were able to sleep just fine. Communication with the management was great. I would recommend this property.

The neighborhood is made up of early 1900's homes that are beautifully maintained and updated. Gorgeous mature trees and close to everything. This property is immaculate and wonderfully maintained. Very comfortable bed. We wouldn't mind a TV on the main level, but there is an enormous one in the basement/tv room, and one in the master, so no real complaints. We wish this owner every success and hope that we can stay here again. Best wishes. Cheri and Paul

My husband, mother and I enjoyed our 4 night stay in this well-appointed and comfortable 3-level home in a nice neighborhood on the north end. My husband and I had the entire upstairs and my mom was comfortable in one of the downstairs bedrooms.
Pros: The beds were comfy; we all slept well. Large upstairs suite with spacious bathroom.
The basement was great for kids and TV watching with nice laundry room. Wood flooring on main level. Walkable neighborhood and tree lined streets, a mile from Boise Co-op where we got groceries and prepared foods. Great location for exploring Boise whether walking, biking or driving
Cons: Carpet was stained downstairs
