Great location and rental property!

The location is walking distance to Minaret Village shops and restaurants, and the place was clean and as advertised. Beds are large and we enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay here again!

the location was very near to grocery shopping and restaurants Condo was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen was dated, but functional, parking right at unit, couch not good to sit on, overall, yes i would go back to this unit

The condo was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Easy to book and great communication. The location was great and close to everything. Super comfy beds. Parking was good. Great community spa. Condo felt very spacious. High Recommend for couples or families.

Cozy Mammoth Home

We loved the location of this rental. Super close to shuttle stops, short driving and walking distance to Von's grocery store and other restaurants. The rooms were spacious and great amount of bathrooms for 8 people. The only thing is the kitchen is not the best stocked. Only 2 spoons, so maybe bring some plastic cutlery to make sure you're well stocked for cooking dinner.

Great location and well stocked

Stayed here over the weekend with two other couples. The unit was well equipped and centrally located. We would definitely stay here again. The only challenge was how quickly the hot water ran out. With 6 adults and all day snowboarding, it’s nice to come back and shower; however, it required fast showers and patience. Everything else was great.

Blizzard week at the L8

I do the cooking so a well stocked kitchen from an equipment and utensil stand point is important. It had everything I needed and then some. The Wi-Fi and the TV with both cable and Netflix was a pleasant surprise. And spent so time on the very comfortable recliner alone with the hot tub (very important for us senior skiers. Also the location is great being close to everything in Old Mammoth. Check out Distant Brewing for some good affordable food, friendly local crowd and live music. Lastly the Vacasa staff is very responsive!!

Spring skiing

The place could use a bit of updating/paint. Moldy shower curtain. Not as nice as the pictures. There is a smell of cigarette in the main area. Tennis court was not open June 19. Kitchen has everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Location is good.

Worst stay ever

Not even sure where to begin, but there were broken blinds, dirty sheets, dirty plates, dirty cookware, and the worst part is that there still was poop in the toilet upstairs. On top of all of this. There was no resolution or no compensation on their end I just had to deal with her for the entire trip.

Heating Issues & lack of towels blankets

The owners had set thermostats to reset to 55 degrees every 2 hours or less. I question whether this is legal to do to a paying customer. So while we slept at night our room temperature dropped to a very cold 55 degrees. Ultimately maintenance gave us an energy wasting electric space heater to keep us warm. Also, the pellet fireplace was broken. And we were given 4 towels for our family's 6 day stay. If owners weren't so stingy, we would have had a great stay.

great value and CLEAN

Overall, I'd definitely go back. Pros: - super clean. I mean professional clean. - has everything you need, well stocked kitchen - good location: 12 minutes to main lodge, 2-3 minutes to grocery stores etc - sleeps 6 easy - cute decor - amazing pellet fire place - rental agency has a sort of concierge who you can text and they get back to you asap no matter the time - little ipad loaded with all kinds of info on the living room credenza - super kind and helpful neighbor - quiet neighborhood Cons: - the lock is impossible. tried for 15 minutes and it wouldn't work. every time. - often the rental agency concierge didn't have any useful info but just copied and pasted info I already had in emails - the info on VRBO is correct--the info emailed by the rental agency is incorrect! It's just boiler-plate. This added loads of stress. The rental agency said 1 parking spot but we had 2 cars. It gave a list of like 10 items in the kitchen so we basically brought our entire kitchen. But this was totally unnecessary. the kitchen is well-stocked. - the pullout sofa needs to be put out of its misery. Do not let anyone sleep on it. 2 queen-size beds in the loft. but we had couples and people wanted privacy so we had someone use the sofa bed. It was miserable to sleep on.

Dad-Daughter Ski Trip

More than enough space for my daughter and me on a short ski trip. Beds are comfy. This is a one bed + loft, and the loft has blinds to make it feel like a separate room. The heat from the heaters downstairs warmed up the loft sufficiently. Bring extra blankets if you get cold as there is just the comforters on the bed. Also, no kitchen towels so make sure to bring your own (I didn't message the property manager so probably could have requested some.).

Comfortable an Convenient

I recommend this property to those looking for a clean and comfortable summer accommodation. The location was quiet and enjoyed shade from the trees. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were all in working order, and there is a nice grill area with picnic tables. Easy access to nearby amenities including grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again.
