The accommodations were clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. Underground parking excellent. Unit was much nicer than building. Condition of overall building less than desirable. Hot tub not operating (out of control of hosts). Overall nice large unit. Excellent for a family of 4. Host communication excellent. Checkin and out super smooth.
We stayed in the property while visiting Canmore for our daughter’s 4th birthday. There was lots of space for us to spread out and the property had everything we needed for our celebration. The building is currently undergoing some upgrades but no issues with noise during quiet hours. The manager was easy to deal with and was very responsive. We’d definitely stay again!

Dear Guests, We are professional engineers, we do like to work for public and also like mountains and rivers and we have spent lots of weekends hiking around Banff and Canmore area. In 2019, one idea came to us: "why do not we purchase few hotel condos for our weekends and host some quality guests during vacant periods?" We made it.
We are willing to host friendly and respectful guests who are seeking for wonderful and memorable holidays in Banff and Canmore area. We will do my best to make every guest stay comfortable as home.
We would request all the guests not to ware outdoor shoes inside the unit and not bring outdoor sporting equipment inside as well such as snowboards, snowshoes, skis and so on.
Most importantly, this unit is PET FREE unit, we expect the guests follow this extremely important rule as some of the guests are allergic to pets and they booked this unit specifically due to the pet free policy. Let's work together and create a friendly environment for everyone and not to hurt others.
