On the ground floor: a spacious veranda, living room with non convertible sofa and TV, modern and functional equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, hob, washing machine...), a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom with 140 bed.At L'ETAGE: a 2nd bedroom with 140 bed, TV, and an alcove en filade offering a bed in 90 + 1 extra bed (heater).Fully air-conditioned pavilion! Close to the beach 700 m, shops to 400 m this property will only fill you with happiness when you come to our beautiful Region.Relax and relax!Parking possible in the driveway for small car only otherwise you will have to park in the street outside the residence.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with large and small towel: 8.00 €).This rental accepts animals - A surcharge of 30 € per pet/stay will be required.
