The Space:
Get away to the mountains and leave your cares behind at Trailhead Terrace! This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath, 1221 sq.ft. home is everything you would want a mountain getaway to be. It is situated on a quiet, treed street next to the forest - just 1 mile to almost everything Big Bear has to offer, but away from the traffic and noise. The perfect escape! Did we mention the CENTRAL Air Conditioning/Heat?!

As you step into the Living Room, you are greeted with lovely, lodge-style decor, wood floors throughout, wood beam ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace. Sit back and relax in the comfortable sofas or chairs and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV. There is plenty of light from the large front slider that leads out to a wonderful deck. Here you will find a natural gas BBQ and seating/dining to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Back inside, there is a nicely equipped Kitchen with a dining table for 6 and another slider to the deck. Before you head upstairs, you will find a convenient half bath with a full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a comfy queen bed and TV with Cable. Bedroom 2 has twin bunk beds, and Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunkbed. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Trailside Terrace is the perfect cabin if you are looking for a quiet getaway and want to be conveniently located to get out and experience all that Big Bear has to offer - all four seasons of the year!
