This adorable Big Bear Cabin is like a gingerbread cottage, with the perfect wood accents and well manicured landscape. The prime setting to relax during your mountain getaway. Enter the home and you will find a kitchen breakfast nook with bench seating up to 6 guests.  The kitchen is well stocked with all of the amenities you will need including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,  standard coffee maker and toaster.

In the living room area you will find ample seating for all of your guests. Enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace or watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. There is cable satellite and also a DVD player and stereo with CD player to enjoy your personal favorites.  Added to the living area is a bar height table for four. Perfect for a board game, or building a puzzle.

To the left of the living area is a half bath and a stackable washer and dryer combo provided for your use. Head to the back yard to enjoy the well manicured fully fenced yard and deck area.

Upstairs is where you will find all three bedrooms. Admire the wall to wall mural of beautiful Big Bear Lake at the top of the landing. To the right you will find the first bedroom complete with a Full size bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Twin bunk and a Full size futon. There is a flatscreen TV wth DVD player.

Across the hall you will find a the Master bedroom with a King size bed and flatscreen TV. There is a pocket door adjoining the master to the homes full bathroom.

This home is Big Bear coziness at its best. It has all the right amenities to enjoy your vacation!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned
