This destination resort offers great off-season recreation. Some of the attractions include a Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Trampoline Park, Aerial Adventure Park, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Scenic Chair Lift Rides, and 13 Nights. Guests can also enjoy 2 Outdoor Pools, Tennis Courts, Christiansen's Tavern, The Country Store, and more.

Just a short drive from Jiminy Peak are even more Berkshire area events and attractions: first-class art museums - like Mass Moca and the Clark Art Institute - Ramblewild Adventure Park, the Tanglewood Music Center, Great Barrington, Williamstown, many fine restaurants, Mount Greylock, Pontoosuc Lake, and the list goes on...

And yes, if you're here to ski or snowboard over Christmas or during February recess (our only Winter availability) - it's only a 2 minute walk to Grouse Run trail which brings you straight to the base lodge and the main chair lift!

Self check-in with keyless lock, sunset vistas, an inviting wood fireplace, a spacious deck, and an abundance of amenities in our Townhouse will make your stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

Inside the spacious 2592 sq ft unit are 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. It comfortably sleeps 10 and has lots of space to spread out.

The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a full bath, a cozy living area with comfy couch, bean bag chairs, Apple TV, and Wii Game System.

The main level has the primary bedroom with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and an en suite full bath. Outside is a private deck with a new Weber grill and an 8-person outdoor table. Inside is open plan with a fireplace, cozy lounge area, and a 6-8 person dining table. The main level is also equipped with 2 Sonos speakers for your listening pleasure. Another full bath and the laundry room are located on this level.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high end cookware and utensils, a new dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

The 3rd level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other with 2 twin beds.

The townhouse is fully air conditioned to keep guests cool and comfortable.

The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay.

There are new bed linens and towels throughout.

We absolutely loved staying here! Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 10 people on 3 floors. The pictures on the website are very accurate. The house worked very well for us. It is virtually ski-in/ski-out. Sleeping is spread out on 3 levels, so you are not in top of each other. There were 9 of us and we all fit at the table and were all able to shower w/o running out of hot water.Owner responded to all my questions

Everything was perfect. Very clean and high quality items including kitchen supplies, couches, beds, towels, gaming system for kids, and kitchen table & chairs. Layout was ideal to have separate & shared space. 4 full bathrooms was a plus. Clothes dryer works really well, as does dishwasher. Perfect bench to put on ski boots and shelving to store helmets/boots etc. Location is ideal for skiing/snowboarding - 4 minute walk to slope.

Family reunion

We rented this home for a family reunion in July. The unit was spacious for our family of 7 adults and 1 infant. It was very quiet as it was an end unit. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. Given that my 4 adult children joined us and drove separately, there was only enough parking for 2 cars, and a third a few spaces down when there was room. Overflow parking was down the hill near the base of the resort. The walk to the Jiminy Peak resort was closer to 10 minutes down the hill, and a challenging walk back up the hill pushing a stroller. There is a dirt path at the top of the road that we were on that leads to a trail - maybe that was the 3 minute walk to the base? We walked up to the top of Jiminy Peak for beautiful views of the valley, and explored local restaurants, lakes, museums and the rail trail. A beautiful place for a summer vacation!

We spent Christmas here with a multigenerational family 2-60, and we had a wonderful time!
