The Space:
This home began as a salt box and over the next hundred years, several additions have turned it into a large, quirky home with five bedrooms and several sitting and dining areas so that people can come together but also easily find a quiet place.

Everything you need to enjoy the outdoor/indoor lifestyle of The Berkshires. Private without seeing any neighbors and perfect for large families looking to spread out.

Large kitchen with new induction cooktop, double wall oven, lots of counter space and plenty of cabinets, perfect for making large meals for the whole crew. There's a large farmhouse double sink and new dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Essentials such as microwave; toaster; crock pot and electric kettle available for use.

Coffee lovers will enjoy the drip coffee maker.

This room has killer mountain views from large picture windows, plenty of comfortable seating, wood burning fireplace, window nook with daybed, books and plenty of board games. The eat-in kitchen next door has room for another four with leaves to extend to 8, as well as another sitting area with a couch and wingback armchair.

In total, there are five (5) bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:
Main level bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with king-sized tri-fold futon in closet
Bedroom 2: Upstairs bedroom with full-sized bed and a sleeping nook
Bedroom 3: Upstairs bedroom with queen-sized bed
Bedroom 4: Upstairs second on left of stairwell with queen-sized bed
Bedroom 5: over the garage there’s a bedroom with small living room, features a king-sized bed

In addition to the five bedrooms, there is an additional twin size day bed in an additional “TV room” which has the only TV in the house. It's a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

There is also a futon couch in the sitting area near the front entrance.

There are three bathrooms in the house, one on the first floor and two on the upper floor. The first floor bathroom has a tub and separate shower with grab bars; perfect for those with limited mobility. The two upstairs bathrooms were fully and tastefully renovated in June 2023 and each has a shower.

Outdoors you will find all the privacy and quiet space you need. Multiple outdoor spaces including a front side lawn where kids can play a variety of games, a large screened-in porch with couches and additional seating, and another seating area with six Adirondack chairs under an old beautiful tree with the nicest views of Mount Greylock!
