Occupancy is limited between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Located off Pioneer Trail, in a quiet and forested neighborhood, just a few miles from the lake, ski areas, and Stateline/casino area, our cabin is surrounded by conservancy land. Hence, there is a lot of room to play and relax. Depending on the season, whether it's a day of hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, or a lazy day at the lake, you can relax on the deck or gaze at the stars in our inviting Bullfrog hot tub. At the end of our street is an easy hike through the forest that leads to the Truckee River. All beds have warm comforters for a comfortable night's sleep.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully stocked kitchen, with seasonings, coffee filters, and all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans.

Kids will be entertained with air hockey, DVDs, and board games. They also have their own space upstairs with a TV. Outside, they can play tetherball and run on the lawn.

This was the perfect house for my husband and myself, daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren (ages 2 and 4). We had two dogs with us. The dogs enjoyed the closed in deck and nearby hiking trails. The house was clean and had all the basics for our stay. Beds were comfy and the kitchen large and well equipped. The only thing we suggest is getting beach chairs and an umbrella for future guests!

Every year the place is a little dirtier and less clean in very obvious places! And once really disgusting.And never enough wash cloths and hand towels.

Such a cute spot! Hot tub was great, fenced patio was perfect for sitting out with the dogs and not worrying about bears creeping up. One did walk right up to the glass front door! Sufficient towels and extra blankets, but no beach towels. This was one of the best stocked kitchen rentals I have ever seen. Spices were fresh and labeled, clearly not just leftovers from guests. Oils, pots, pans, waffle maker, blenders, everything you might need. Host was very responsive and flexible with our changing plans. Would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful family cabin to stay in. Everything was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. The kids had a blast playing in the snow and playing air hockey upstairs. Very fun cabin.

Perfect getway and great accomodations!

Enjoyed our stay a lot! Check in was so easy, the house was clean and exactly as presented. It was around 10 min from the stateline area and was very peaceful. Would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in a quiet setting. The neighbors were friendly. The forest lots on each side of the cabin were perfect for snow play. The fully equipped kitchen was great for meal preparation on a snowy evening. The fireplace was a natural gathering spot. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

A VERY clean, comfortable and the host was very kind and quick responses. Paper towels were about to run out and housekeeping arrived right away with another roll on the eve of Thanksgiving! Wonderful service and house! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful time at Lake Tahoe

Well stocked and fits description perfectly. The neighborhood is nice and it’s close to all the things we wanted to do at the Lake. We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for a family of 6 with a dog:)
