Paradise in Sandy, breathtaking views of Mt. Hood

20 acre equestrian estate w/breathtaking Mt Hood views! 5BR/2.5BA Custom home w/theatre, main level master suite w/fireplace & patio. Gourmet kitchen w/Viking range leads out to patio & pool deck for ease in entertaining. Heated saltwater pool & hot tub w/pool house w/full bath, outdoor shower & BBQ set up + fireplace. English cutting gardens, lawns, all privately tucked away at the end of the lane.

*Please note, half of this property is a working equestrian operation (broodmares and foals). As such, there is staff on the equestrian half of the property at all times (over 1 acre away from the home). Also, there are security cameras on the exterior of the home and barn ONLY (unmonitored and only used in the event of an emergency).
Please feel free to walk to lane, and explore the guest house side of the property only, and view the animals from afar. The equestrian half of the property is not accessible to guests. The interior and exterior of the barn does have security cameras for the safety of the animals.

BEDROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Downstairs is the primary, with a king bed and en suite bathroom with free-standing soaking tub and separate shower.

We refer to the bedrooms by color. The photos you see in the listing are only of the primary, which is on the main floor.

Upstairs are the following rooms:

PINK: pale pinks and beige colors with a white modern dresser, beautiful chrome and suede mirror, and a queen sized bed.

LAVENDER: very large bedroom, lavender and grey linens, a king sized bed, and a walk in closet.

BLUE: light blue walls, blue toile traditional linens paired with rattan accents, queen sized bed and also with a walk in closet.

GREEN: this room is a bonus off of/adjacent the movie room. Two full sized beds with green linens. There is no door between the movie room and the adjacent bedroom, but there is a door to close off the entire movie room and bedroom from the hallway.

All rooms upstairs share a bathroom that has a shower and double sink vanity.

There are two additional half baths downstairs and one stand-alone shower in the mudroom.

We stayed here while in Portland for our daughter's wedding. This is a beautiful property, and the weather cooperated to have 2 rare sunny and clear days in November, so we were able to enjoy the amazing views of Mt Hood! Hosts were very responsive to questions and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and almost anything we could need. It is a very quiet respite from the busyness of Portland and very relaxing!

The home is well equipped and very welcoming. The property grounds are incredible. The views were amazing from the pool deck and hot tub. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time! One of the best vacation homes I've ever stayed in. We all agreed it was the best stocked vacation home, they had everything we needed and more. This is a gem in Sandy. I’m super hesitant to write this review because I want to rent this house more and don’t need it to get out how amazing wonderful and perfect it was for our family’s vacation. But alas I cannot keep all the good to myself. First the property is like a storybook home so clean and the gardens and horse property are like every girls dream when they love horses. The pool was amazing thermally heated and huge! So many pool toys and the views! It was my daughters favorite thing well tile three because the movie room was a close second and then just being outside in the sunshine and with Mount hood looking like it’s right there was her third favorite spot the backyard. The house is beautiful and appointed perfectly. The pantry was full of all the gadgets you’ll ever need and supplies. The entire homethat’s amazing. I can not wait to stay again because it was quiet, serene, and just so homey feeling. Our 13 yr daughter asked when we’re coming back as we headed out today after a glorious two weeks there. Everything worked great and the owner took care of anything that was an issue and was a great communicator. Rosie the caretaker was a dream she was there when things were needed like trash to go out and not there when we wanted privacy. The kitchen is a chefs dream and my husband had so much fun making all the things and was stoked have such great flow indoor and outdoor spaces to eat and socialize. The family room my favorite just such a great gathering spot.

This was an amazing property! Totally spacious and had everything we needed. I used this as a getting ready space for my bridal party for our wedding and it was perfect for the event. Cameron was kind enough to heat the pool to almost hot-tub level as it was a little chillier out. She was easy to reach and responsive. I would recommend this to anybody. Scenic, quiet, tasteful.

What a great property! Our extended family (adults plus younger kids) really enjoyed our stay! Well-stocked kitchen and pantry, clean rooms and comfortable beds, great quiet location yet still easy driving distance to groceries, etc., amazing view of Mt. Hood from the house and pool. Cameron was a great host -- very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommended as a fantastic vacation destination!

Beautiful property, pool, views of the mountain... The 4 couples found the place comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. Plenty to do in the area but we spent a good deal of time lounging in the pool, playing cornhole, unwinding. Highly recommend this as a getaway!

Fabulous vacation!

We don't have enough good things to say about our stay. Clear instructions on arrival, gorgeous property, beautiful house, heated pool/hottub with a stunning view, very hot grill, huge lawn for our kids to run around and see frogs, deer, bunnies, bats, birds.....and groceries/town close by. We absolutely loved it!

Best house I’ve ever stayed in!

Everything about this home was simply spectacular. Pictures really don’t do it justice. The landscaping is very well designed and cared for. The view of Mt Hood from the jacuzzi and pool was breathtaking. We got a ton of use out of the theater room which has a killer surround system. The owner, Cameron, was incredibly helpful and responsive with all our questions. We’ll definitely be back next year!

The property was absolutely splendid! No other way to describe it. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and the host even had a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us.
