Beautiful quiet setting. Nice mixture of historic, and rustic with modern updates. We arrived late and tired so finding entry to the property even with instructions was confusing. We would definitely stay again!

This property is perfect for a Hudson Valley get away. Recently remodeled with stunning details, light fixtures etc while keeping the charm of the carriage house. We stayed here with my stepbrother and his girlfriend for an early Thanksgiving with my Dad who lives locally. The kitchen was optimally set up for us to make some dishes and the bedrooms were very cozy. The property is also excuisitely landscaped. Hosts were highly responsive.

Beautiful Athens NY

The house was very well appointed. The finishes and the appliances were all very upscale IE: Viking Refrigerator. The surrounding grounds were vey attractive and the main house was a pleasure to have as a view Location to Hudson and other attractions were very accessible Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Hudson area.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this property! It’s been done so well! We have stayed in many places over the years all over the country and in other countries and by far this is one of our favorites! Every detail has been thought of. Guy & Greg have gone above and beyond as hosts! You will not be disappointed!

What a beautiful little house!

A restored carriage house in the rear of a large old mansion on a quiet street in a quaint old upstate town. Guy and Greg have done a great job with the restoration, using first rate materials, Viking kitchen appliances, marble tiled baths, etc. The interior design is contemporary, all done with popular black, white and gray scheme. Furnishings and artwork are sturdy, practical and pleasing. Our hosts provided a list of sites, activities and restaurants. Location is great: 2 blocks from the river and a choice of restaurants and parks. In all, a quiet, relaxing long weekend stay with friends and no issues.

Linda and her friends were lovely guests. They kept the place immaculate, were quiet, and lovely when we ran into them throughout the weekend. Would love to have them back as guests! Really kind people, and the perfect guests.
