First floor river front condominium. The modern, updated condo is located in Old Town Florence, only minutes away from all your coastal enjoyments. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Siuslaw River, the iconic Florence bridge and sand dunes from the private patio. We are in the heart of Old Town and walkable to may restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, and shopping. This relaxing condo retreat has two en suite bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as a sofa with bedroll to add a 5th person.

Ultimate Florence location!

You can’t go wrong with the condo on the river, across from the dunes next to the bridge step out your door to old town Florence our second stay here our favorite place.

Everything was great. so comfy and inviting! A few light bulbs out.. and could use some fluffier pillows.. but not a big deal.. loved our stay!

Beautiful view

Loved the condo. It was clean, dog friendly and within walking distance to Old Town which had many restaurants and shops. The view from the patio was FABULOUS. We sat outside watching the fishing boats go by and looking at the birds. My partner is a photographer, he was in heaven taking pictures. Definitely would rent again.
