Our 2014 newly built house, located only 150 meters from the shores of Lake Millstatt, at the end of a dead end (no traffic and very quiet), on the sunny side of the lake.

Over 210 square meters of living space, divided into 3 floors, all three are designed as a separate apartment, are at your disposal. Whether you are a larger group or three individual families, our house is the perfect holiday accommodation.

In the basement you will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room (with pull-out sofa bed - if necessary), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with toilet. Directly from the living room you have access to the sheltered terrace, from which you can go through 4 steps then directly into the garden.

On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 very large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and a toilet. From the living room, it goes through a large sliding glass door directly onto the terrace, which is really big enough for larger groups.

And upstairs there is also another living room with direct access to a terrace, which again allows access to the garden through an outdoor staircase. In addition, there are also 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and a toilet up here.

Since the house is directly south facing, you really have the sun all day and the magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, puts you every day in the perfect holiday mood.

As a winter vacationer, skier or snowboarder, our house is only 5 minutes away from the Goldeck ski area (with the longest black descent in the Alps) to which there is also a free ski bus that stops 400 meters from the house. The ski resorts Katschberg and Bad Kleinkirchheim can be reached within 20 - 25 minutes. If you drive 45 minutes then you can also enjoy the slopes of Turracher Höhe and Nassfeld. For cross-country skiers, there are several trails around the lake, some of which can be easily reached on foot.

The summer vacationer of course has every day the lake Millstätter right in front of your eyes. Only 150 meters to the lido, as you can jump before the breakfast for the first time in the lake. If you do not want to swim, Seeboden offers of course any other kind of entertainment, whether paddle boating, rowing, playing tennis or shopping. For hikers, mountain enthusiasts and climbers, the surrounding mountains of the Gailtaler or Gurktaler Alps are of course a paradise.



For the cyclists, there is, among other things, a bike path around the lake. If golf is the holiday entertainment of your choice, the nearest golf course "Millstätter See" is less than 5 minutes away. And should you be in the mood for paragliding or hang gliding - this is exactly what you should do on the Goldeck!
