About the host
Hosted by Steven

I am a film producer, talent manager and president of an award winning Indie Film Production company which I founded approximately 25 years ago. I've produced a diverse range of feature films, gravitating towards stories that examine the human condition, often in a less than conventional manner When not in production, I develop and package new projects. In addition to the entertainment business, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have a passion for architecture, travel, art, cooking and real estate. I devote a good portion of my time to managing several vacation rental properties I own in Palm Springs and Hawaii as well as commercial and residential real estate in LA and Palm Springs. My partner and I have an extremely cute Shiba-Inu puppy named MIKA. She loves other dogs, so we're always happy to host guests that have a pet that might keep Mika company when we're not around. I've owned this home in Whitley Heights for many years. Restoring it to it's original glory has been a huge passion and I've always loved having guests who appreciate it's beauty and charm.
Why they chose this property
The unit has only been available a few times in 30 years and has previously only rented unfurnished. I've always enjoyed the tenants I've had over the years, so I recently decided to furnish the unit, as I thought it would be enjoyable to host others working in the industry as well as vacationers that have an appreciate historic properties and have a love of the Hollywood area.
Includes Basic TV Channels, HBO, Showtime & High Speed Internet.
For those that are super busy, meal service, laundry service and regular cleanings are available at an additional fee.
