This newly renovated home is centrally located in Beaufort, is close to gorgeous beaches, and is less than 5 miles drive to Parris Island, MCAS Air Station and beautiful Historic Downtown Beaufort. This home has recently been completely renovated inside with all new flooring, trim, paint and appliances. Washer and dryer and outdoor grill on site. Not what we were expecting

The check in process was easy and the owner is very friendly. However we had no idea it was a trailer park. The yard is full clutter and the other mobile homes are too close to the house. The couch and the bed were horrible! We could feel the springs in the cushions and the washer and dryer clearly need to be replaced. The dryer didn't dry. The stay was short and it didn't rain but rain would have been mud puddles. All in all the description of the property feels a little crafted and what we got was not what we were expecting at all. Really needs up grades and finishing touches. We won't be booking this location again.

Kijana, the mobile home community is ALL VRBO short term stay rentals. So the other homes are also being occupied by other travelers on vacation as well. Our mission here is to have a short term rental community that provides exceptionally clean, furnished homes at a very reasonable cost. This home sleeps up to 8 guests for less than the price of a single hotel room. It is fully furnished, spacious, clean, has a fully stocked kitchen and yes, has a washer and dryer too! As to some of your comments, we actually have replaced the couch but most sofa beds have thin mattresses and you may feel the springs. We did put on a memory foam mattress cover on the sofa bed so we hope that will help. The dryer does work, you just have to be sure to clean the lint trap. Thanks for the great suggestions. Our guest comfort is our #1 priority. We are disappointed with your poor review but we do realize that we cannot please everyone even though we try our best and will continue to make improvements based on guest feedback. We hope our other potential guests will look at our other Great reviews! Thanks!!

We stayed for a graduation from Parris Island. The owner of the property was super helpful as the place can be tough to find via GPS. This Is definitely a don’t judge the book by its cover. The outside and surrounding area seen aren’t the most appealing, but I was blown away by the place and the space and the value for the money. They are roosters near by that help as natures alarm clock.If you need a place for marine corps graduation this is the place and at a great rate! The owner was more than accommodating and super helpful with getting everything set up for our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Overnight Stay

This clean, surprisingly spacious home is peaceful and private, tucked back in the trees behind a handful of mobile homes that the owners are lovingly renovating for future guests. It is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic town of Beaufort (make sure to eat breakfast/lunch at Low Country Produce Market while you're there - excellent food and atmosphere!). The owner was very friendly and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay. Good communication with the property manager. Clean, close to PI, close to restaurants and shops. Would love to come back. Ps…there’s a friendly little neighborhood lamb we fell in love with. My husband said me or the sheep, so we had to leave it🥰😂
