I love this house. Purchased about 25 years ago, remodeled the entire home keeping many of the original features and adding new amenities. We raised our 3 children here and had many good times. Children are grown and on their own so I decided to get a smaller place by the lake and share this wonderful home with families and groups that need the extra room.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect property for large families or groups that need plenty of room, private remote work spaces with close proximity to downtown, the lakes, airport, restaurants and all that the twin city metro area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The home has 3 areas for remote workers, 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. When you are ready to relax you can enjoy a spacious rec room with pool table, darts, and a 60 game "back to the 80's" arcade. A sun room, and areas with fireplaces, large gourmet kitchen, a beautiful bar with all the amenities. Fully furnished so all you need are your clothes!
