Welcome to Seascape our beach house retreat located in Penn Cove.

Seascape has 3 separate buildings. Sea-house is the main house with 3 bedrooms & a luxury kitchen. Sea-suite is a studio guest suite with a kitchenette & game room. Sea-shack is the tiny house which has one bedroom.

Outside you get the best view on the island, a large yard, bocce ball, horse shoes, and patio perfect for entertaining.

Wash off all sand before entering home. If sand is found in the home and additional $50 cleaning fee will be added.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Beds were comfortable (a must when you're sleeping away from home) Hot tub fun with a view. Grandkids had new games to play with. Well supplied, just look in the closet if you run low. Kitchen well stocked, even had coffee!!! We had a blast, great restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property

This Wesa a perfect long weekend getaway for multiple families. Gorgeous views and space for multiple teens and parents. All the amenities we needed and more!

Epic views, some issues.

Primary bedroom bed was broken when we arrived in a dangerous way (flopped my partner right out), repair man arrived the next day and “fixed it” with a few screws and some duct tape, still didn’t feel safe. Our friends indicated that the bunk beds felt unsafe and unstable as well. For the price being charged I would expect safe, hotel grade furniture. Property has at least a couple undisclosed cameras that are in direct violation of VRBO policy. Views are amazing, kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need (oven’s a bit weird, some instructions would be a nice touch). Home is a bit smaller than it looks in pictures.

2 family vacation

Our family of 5 stayed with another family of 5 and there was plenty of room for stay and outdoor fun. Close to many towns, beaches, and an easy walk down to the beach. Will for sure stay again when we come back!
