Charming 1940s house - 5br/2ba - 10 min walk to downtown/beach w/ large backyard, grill, & firepit. Dog friendly. Short drive to Naval Air Station. Minimum extra fees. Welcome to Dyer House!

- Large, enclosed backyard.
- Numerous beds without being cramped (it's bigger on the inside!).
- Short walk to downtown Oak Harbor.
Cons:
- Only two bathrooms, one of which is in the basement.
- No air conditioning for the occasional hot days, but a fan is available for each room.

Dyer House combines a comfortable space for a larger group with easy access to downtown Oak Harbor and City Beach/Windjammer Park. It is also an ideal base of operations to explore beautiful Whidbey Island. The well-outfitted kitchen has what you need to prepare meals for your group. The large, enclosed backyard is ideal for kids to play and dogs to run and has a grill and fire pit for your use. The large driveway ensures everyone has a place to park.
