Desirable gated-community just 1 mile from Siesta Key Beach access and less than 1/2 mile to Gulf Gate shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
ONE-MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL. There is refundable $500 security deposit. No smoking and no pets.
