This house will have all of the comforts of home away from home a full kitchen to cook all your meals to wifi to stream your favorite T.V shows.

Please place all used towels in the washer and turn everything off. During Spring/Summer months make sure that thermostat is on Auto and raise the temperature to 75.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking or vaping or tobacco use in the house. If you need to smoke please go outside there are cigarette butt cans placed outside not the ground.
No pets allowed, after you check out the pet still remains at the property long after you're gone.
Trash cans are provided please use them if they are full there is a big trash can outside the back door to throw it in.
