About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The kitchen and both bathrooms were remodeled in 2021! Modern touches with a homey feel. This home has three bedrooms with each bedroom containing a single bed. The bedrooms are one king and two queen size beds respectively. The pool is a saltwater experience along with a COVERED patio that has a tv! Minutes to the beach and settled in Lyons Park. Fresh, clean, and modern finishes across the entire home.

Our insurance requires a minimum age of 21.

Living room - Comfortable couches! An oversized flat-screen TV and smart TVs in all bedrooms.

KITCHEN- This kitchen (NEWLY REMODELED) includes all stainless steel appliances which include the following: Dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, and oven. This kitchen offers all cooking necessities such as silverware, dishes, pots & pans, glass cups, wine glasses, and champagne glasses. Also includes a toaster, coffee maker, barbecue utensils, all commonly used spices, and all cooking basics!

Starter Kits for rentals include- Paper Towels, Toilet paper, Dish Soap, Dish Detergent, and Garbage bags.

Traveling with children? This house is equipped with Pack and play, changing table, fisherprice rocker, kids utensils, cups and plates.

Plan on going to the beach? 6 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, towels, beach ball and kids toys are available for you during stay.

BEDROOM 1- The master bedroom Includes 1 King bed along with a workspace. Large spacious closet for all belongings. Has a TV.

BEDROOM 2- 1 Queen bed, big closet, and a TV.

BEDROOM 3- 1 Queen bed, big closet, and a TV.

Bathrooms - All bathrooms include the following: Fresh Towels, Pool/Beach Towels, Body wash, Shampoo, and a starter pack of toilet paper.

Laundry Room - Located inside the home, Includes a washer and dryer. We provide Detergent,Iron & Board for your convenience!

Backyard- Enjoy one of the most beautiful outdoor patio areas around which includes cushioned patio set, lounge chairs, a Grill (gas not included), Private Salt pool that can be heated for $25 per day as an additional fee.

Great Getaway!

This 3 bed/2 bath house was perfect for our girls getaway. Everything was provided with the house…linens, cookware, etc. Pool was the perfect size and the hot tub (which kicks in at 7 pm) was a great way to finish the day! The outdoor seating and lounge area with a TV worked out well for relaxing after being in the sun. Close to beach and pompano pier for shopping and nightlife. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Great house close to beach

This was a great house. My husband and i had 5 teenage boys with us. They loved it here with the pool and we were just minutes to the beach. I would definitely come back. Lots of room and updated.

Home with swimming pool

We stayed at this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home for 6 nights. We are a family of five adults. The beds were comfortable and the bedsheets in good condition. There were plenty of towels provided but they were old and smelled .The kitchen amenities were just adequate and there were no cover for frying pans . The swimming pool was well maintained and there was a barbecue grill which we didn't use. The road in front of the house was being resurfaced and the drainage system was rebuilt. So there was construction activities and noise during the day.

Quick trip for Tortuga Music Festival. House was clean, updated, and convenient. Tom was very quick to respond and very easy to work with.

Nice, clean stay for our vacation.

Tomasz was very responsive. House was clean and the kids loved the pool. Nice to be a little away from the craziness of Ft Lauderdale but close enough to drive nearby to the beaches.
