This newly renovated and tastefully furnished, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house is a personal paradise resort within a mile away from the beach. This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, quiet family oriented neighborhood. With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gathering of any kind. Since this property is intended for family bonding, we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old or college groups.

It's a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has a private extra large back yard with heated pool, (NO HOT TUB, just an addition to the pool)
Large tiki hut and BBQ Grill. Multiple sitting throughout the pool area with smart flat screen TV ready for your relaxation and entertaining.
Water temperature is the same for the pool and the spa (Please be advice that this is not a working hot spa/Jacuzzi. This is just an addition to the pool)

The living area leads through to it's heavenly pool terrace, where clear sparkling water spells refreshment.
The home is full of updated amenities including fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space.

Inside, the house offers an enormous master bedroom with it's own huge brand new ensuite master bathroom and a walk in closet and access to the pool area, 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full size beds and 4th bedroom has a 1 queen size bed. All rooms have big screen flat smart TV's.
Families are welcomed to stay with their kids.

Our home is located in Pompano Beach, only a 3-4 minutes drive or around 20 minutes walk to the Pompano Beach, 10 minutes drive to Lauderdale by the sea and Deerfield beaches. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.

We are only 20 minuets away from Fort Lauderdale airport!!!

Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all! Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema.

- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

-As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older, and must be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved period.
-The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us the photo ID's of all the staying guests (USA driving license, Passport or other form of legal identification).
-Provide us information about your trip and your guests before booking.
-If at any time the maximum number of occupancy exceeds the initial amount of people from the original booking, or if the owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to evict a guest and/or all the occupants immediately and bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500. Refunding the guest for the remaining days will be at owners discretion.
- At all times, the owner must be notified about all additional visitors who were not part of the initial reservation. The owner must first approve all additional visitors prior to their arrival.
-If any sign of smoking is discovered or detected inside the house, the guest authorizes the owner to charge a minimum fee of $500.
-The number of legally parked vehicles on the property should not be more than three cars.
-For additional sleeping arrangements please contact the owner before booking.

At all times, shall there be a violation to our house rules and polices, the owner reserves the right to keep the full safety deposit.
