Incredibly accommodating, clean, and super responsive! We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was stocked and the house was amazing. Close to interstate so could hike and make short trips with ease!
Our group had a wonderful time at the property. It was conveniently located in the area of our trip. Clear expectations were communicated in a binder with useful information. If there was any criticism I could offer is the hand rail for the stairs going to the lower level could be better. If we're ever back in the area we would certainly stay here again.
Had an amazing time. The place was perfect for our group of cousins. It was so close to hiking and shopping but felt you were secluded. Would definitely recommend!!
We had a short overnight stay and wish we could have stayed longer. This home is lovely. Plenty of room for a big family. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.
Stayed 3 nights for a family wedding at The Salt Box Inn, only 15 -20 minutes away. The house was as described with plenty of room to spread out. House very well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and tastefully decorated with fun colors and decor. Would definitely rent again !
We had a great stay even though we had to check out a day early because power went out due to a storm. No fault of the owner they were great about the whole deal
I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to such a spacious, decorative and well equipped home. The home was clean and on a beautify lot that offered a fire pit that we could have used. The location was perfect for where we needed to be and was close to restaurants and grocery stores. When we come again we’ll be staying there.
We landed on this property as a halfway meet up for a post Christmas visit with family. The house is spacious and clean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed hanging out both inside the house and in the great outdoor spaces. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We had fun checking out the immediate surrounding area and doing day trips to Nashville and Cumberland caverns.
This property was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding weekend! There was so much space for everybody to be together or seperate in smaller groups. The firepit and outdoor area was such a great area for the bride and her bridal party to gather the night before the wedding. The hosts are super nice and helpful whenever needed. This house was absolutely the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. If you're thinking about renting it, do it you wont be disappointed!!!!
We loved the house, great layout and decorations. It rained or was very humid so we didn’t get outside as much as we would have liked but it was wonderful there too.
We had 7 adults and 3 children make the trip to Cookeville and stay at the property. The children were under 4 and the house worked well for them. The stairs were a little scary because they were so steep. The adults had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space comfortably. We did see several spiders inside but the lot is wooded and it was expected. The downstairs shower was a little drafty but there was plenty of hot water! We were able to enjoy Burgess waterfall, 37 Cedar, Grandma’s Pancake House, and a wedding at The Meadows while in town. All were wonderful!
