Welcome to our cozy apartment in Ohio's Amish country, just outside Millersburg. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchenette, charming dining area, tastefully decorated bedroom, and pristine bathroom. Centrally located near local attractions, hiking, and biking trails. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Experience comfort and convenience in our 600 sq ft apartment, brimming with amenities. Sink into our locally made, pillow-top queen bed and wake up refreshed for a day of exploring. Our fully stocked kitchenette boasts a full-size refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, and both a drip coffee maker and french press for your morning brew. The bathroom offers towels, washcloths, and makeup towels, as well as a stackable washer and dryer with detergent provided. Relax in the living room with a 42-inch Roku TV and fast wifi, typically around 200mbps. Book now for a cozy and convenient stay!

There is one parking space for you to the left side of our garage door.
We ask that you do not block the garage door.
Access to the apartment is via a code and electronic keypad. You will receive the code in your welcome email.

Winter retreat

I needed a quiet, peaceful updated place and this was perfect! Close to shops and restaurants but not in the busyness of it all. I also stayed at their cabin at same location and it was also fabulous!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect little apartment for my husband and I to de-stress and enjoy beautiful Amish country. The bed was comfy, and the apartment was clean and quiet. Air conditioner was a bit loud, but served as white noise for sleeping. Shower is tiny, but definitely doable for us. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area!

This is a cute little get away not far off the highway between Berlin and Millersburg. Access is easy and the countryside is quiet and peaceful. Our host's instructions were thorogh and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your Amish country stay.

Easy to book. Had questions for the owner and he responded quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. Super easy check in and check out. Very clean, warm, and cozy. Just the right size for a couple to visit Holmes County. Loved the pitter patter of little ones upstairs! :)

It was small we couldn't sit on the couches they flumsy the place had so many spider's and this other big bug with pincer's. It was so sort of smell I think it was some kind of air freshner it gave me a headache. The shower was made for children to small. They had children jumping upstair's that was a bit much. I was not happy with the experience I won't use this place again but I plan on coming back but will be using a different place to stay.

Central to Holmes County with easy access. We didn’t spend much time there but to sleep. There could be a few things to make it a bit more comfy, a couch instead of a love seat and a stuffed chair would make a more relaxed living space. Our stay was short and we was out and about for most part, so no a deal breaker.

This was THE cutest little apt! My only recommendation would be softer bedding. The bedding was a bit scratchy. Loved the neighborhood, it was a quaint little place!

Our overall imprssion was really good. The bedroom was beautiful and the kitchen adequate. We understood from the site that there were to be snacks available but no! We wouls suggest a cd and dvd player would be great, and perhaps a few books to read. All together though the stay was good. Thank you!

We liked the apartment but would highly suggest a few changes. 1. Doors on the fridge needs reversed.2. Need to stress more on the small shower. 3. Needs a new couch or two recliners. Reason, the town shuts down a 7:00 p.m. Going back and having to sit on the current couch was horrible. Plus it is old and shags in certain spots.4. Electric needs upgraded, lights would flash off and on, sometimes flicker. 5. Fan in bedroom and bathroom need cleaned.6. Could not get the fan in the bedroom to go below 72. Made for a hot night uncomfortable sleep.7. Very dangerous parking area.
Could raise arms to wash your head without hitting elbows on walls and knocking bottle on the floor
Horrible for prolonged seating. Low back and very uncomfortable.

Hello, I’m Lamar, I’ve lived in the Holmes County, Ohio area my entire life. I spent my formative years growing up on a dairy farm just outside of Mt. Hope where we milked around 50 cows. In 2006, Dad was forced to sell the farm due to being injured in an incident on the farm. At that point in time, I was first introduced to the world of hospitality when my parents bought a 46-acre property called Tranquil Acres Cabins, where they have rental cabins. For years I observed them running Tranquil Acres, and occasionally helping with projects that my Dad needed help with while working other jobs. In more recent years, I have taken a more active role in Tranquil Acres Cabins, as well as now hosting guests here. The thing I enjoy the most about hospitality is the opportunity to meet great people from other states and even internationally. If there is anything I can do to make your stay better, please let me know! I want to give you a stress-free stay.
