This unit is a ADA unit. The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s. The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored one bedroom suite on main floor features one original window, hardwood floors, locally made Amish furniture and beautiful views of historic Berlin.

The apartment was so cute and very clean close to everything that we needed including shopping and dining I highly recommend staying there and parking was just a few feet away private parking I would go back in a heartbeat! Very very very satisfied

Super convenient to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Very clean and well stocked with coffee pods and teas. We also really appreciated the full sized fridge and freezer with ice to store all the treats and cheeses that we collected to take back home. Just a perfect to stay while visiting the area. This was our 2nd time staying and we will definitely be back.

When we arrived Sunday (9-13-26) we found the room exactly as described. It was clean the AC was set at a comfortable temperature. We ventured outside to sit on the chairs outside the room and the owner and his wife were emptying the trash can outside and told us to feel free to sit on the front porch as room 2 was not rented.Our stay here was extremely enjoyable and we are planning a return trip here next year.

We have stayed in a lot of different hotels, motels and vacation locations though out our life and we happened upon the Wurthmann House in our travels to Amish country, Berlin Ohio and decided to book it for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were genuinely surprised, it was the best place we have ever stayed. Everything about it to us is 5 star, clean, well taken care of. The Millers were very gracious hosts and Mrs Miller even brought us a box of chocolates for our anniversary.We will be going back in the future.
