A short 5-minute downhill walk takes you to the vibrant town center, while the apartment itself features an open kitchen that seamlessly flows into a comfortable living room, a double bedroom, and a double sofa-bed, accommodating up to four guests. The en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub for unwinding after a day of exploring. Additional amenities include a private car park, a ski locker, and proximity to the Brévent lift, just a 5-minute walk away. Please note, this is a no-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Excellent place

This was a really lovely stay. Our first time in chamonix and it was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Property was up a fairly steep hill but extremely cosy and had everything we needed.

Good location and support for the money but with a few flaws.

Its ok for the price and the support is great. It must be noted that it is a very old house and therefore you have to be quite or the other poeple in the house can hear you. The view from the balcony and the windows is great. Also the location is very good and close to the city center. The bathroom is not really great. Especially the shower isnt comfortable at all since it is under a 45 degree wall and has no hold for the showerhead.
