The three additional bedrooms are upstairs and share an additional bathroom and separate toilet. This sleeping area is very pleasant to live in and reflects the image of the house, imbued with friendliness and softness.

The terrace and garden, with sea views, are ideal for outdoor meals.

Parking is available in front of the house. Access to the sea is via a separate gate at the rear of the property.

The house is located on the banks of the Ria d'Etel, 500m from the main shops (bakery, butcher's, grocer's and cellar).

Plouhinec town centre and its supermarket are a 5-minute drive away.

Market in Plouhinec on Wednesdays and in Belz on Sundays.
