FAMILY HOUSE CLOSE TO THE SEA

Family house for rent for your beach holiday in Belz close to all amenities!
On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room facing south overlooking a large garden, a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom.
Upstairs: three large bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and shelves, a bathroom.
The house is from 2019 and is located in a subdivision being finished.

Equipment available: iron and ironing board, chair and baby bed, beach umbrella, WIFI, television.

Linen and towels are not provided.

The location of the house allows you to discover the Ria d'Etel to enjoy the paths leading to Saint Cado and enjoy the Gulf of Morbihan (Auray, Vannes),
3km from the beaches of Etel, 5km from the beaches of Erdeven, 15km from Carnac, and 25km from Quiberon.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area

We had a great time in this area. There are several top class beaches within 20mins drive. The supermarket is only 2 minutes away. The house is great. The design is very open and inviting. The bed rooms are also very big and nice. The kitchen is also very nice. It's equipped with everything a big family need for a longer stay. We can highly recommend this house and also the owner, who are very friendly and helpful.

Das Haus ist toll aufgeteilt und sauber. Die Küche hat eine normale Kaffeemaschine und eine Padmaschine. Mülltonnen sind in der Garage vorhanden. Der Supermarkt und der Bäcker sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Verschiedene wunderschöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein tolles Haus in einer tollen Umgebung.

Sehr schönes großes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft einen sehr schönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub. In direkter Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Bis zu den wunderschönen Stränden sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto im Durchschnitt. Die Gegend ist sehr facettenreich und lädt für viele Unternehmungen ein. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für die tolle Unterkunft!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben dort hervorragende 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sauber und in bester Ordnung. Es gibt einen großen Garten in dem die Kinder auch mal spielen konnten. In der Garage konnten wir bequem die Räder und den Fahrradträger abstellen. Bis zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto ungefähr 15 Minuten. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Rad 5 Minuten entfernt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Achtung, es gibt die klassischen französischen Doppelbettdecken in den beiden Doppelbetten. Zur Not vor Ort im Super-U kaufen... Das einzige worauf man sich einlassen muss ist die Endreinigung. Wir können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Familie Le Sommer für die Vermietung! Schöne Ferien...

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette grande maison, très pratique, bien conçue, confortable, bien équipée. Facilité d'arrivée avec la keybox. Tout est sur place : des aspirateurs, produits ménagers, machine à laver étendoirs, sel poivre épices, éponges, sacs poubelles, prospectus de tourisme, jeux, parasol. Je recommande amplement la localisation de la maison avec plage, site touristique, supermarché, carburant, pharmacie à proximité.
