Discover our elegant 95 m2 duplex, nestled between the garden level and the ground floor of our villa.<br>On the garden level, a large bedroom awaits you, (hotel bedding 180 x 200 or 90 x 200), with its adjoining dressing room and a private bathroom. The bedroom offers a view of the swimming pool. It is possible to install a baby cot.<br>The ground floor is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.<br>Upstairs, a bright kitchen opens onto a furnished terrace. The living room, flooded with natural light, is equipped with a living room with television and Marshall speaker, and a dining table for six guests.<br>The ground floor also houses a second bedroom, (Hotel bedding 160 x 200) with its dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.<br>The accommodation is equipped with wifi. The property has a heated swimming pool accessible to guests. A parking space is available in front of the house.
