The house is located on a private driveway, very close to city centre. All shops are a 10-minute walk or a one-minute drive away.
The sandy beach and the lake are a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away.

The apartment features three bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a living room, a dining room, and an open-concept kitchen.

This apartment is ideal for a family with three children—there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out without getting in each other’s way :-)

Linens are provided.

A large terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains is perfect for dining outdoors. Large awnings provide shade from the sun.

The apartment is equipped with plenty of closets to help you feel right at home.

The apartment is equipped with fiber-optic internet and high-speed Wi-Fi.

On-site parking is free. The car park is shared between the two apartments. With space for 4 cars, you’ll have plenty of room to unload your car upon arrival.

Bicycles (for children and adults) are available for rent from the owners.
Boat trips on Lake Annecy are available with the owners.
Beach towels are available for rent.

Pets are not allowed.
No parties or loud noise; this is a quiet, residential area.

My wife and I welcome our guests in person. We’ll provide information about the apartment and nearby activities so you can enjoy your stay right away.
