About this property

Anastasia Condos is the tallest oceanfront condominium complex on St. Augustine Beach (7 floors) with 3 elevators to get you to the beach, pool or rental condo quickly. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are nearby with sidewalks that allow a leisurely walk to these sites. You are only a short drive to the St Augustine Lighthouse and Alligator Farm. There is so much to do and see in St. Augustine Florida!

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath with ocean front has spectacular views! There are wide sliding glass doors to your own private balcony which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. The primary bedroom consists of an eastern wall of glass for the best views, a king size bed, private en' suite bath, balcony access. The second bedroom has a king size bed with an ocean view, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a futon for extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a breakfast bar with seating. The dining room seats six. Flat screen TVs, and WIFI throughout. Anastasia Condos has a heated pool, tennis court, and beach access to a private boardwalk. The white sandy beach, surfers riding the waves, and dolphins swimming up the coast are often seen from the living room and balcony. Grab a book, a cold drink, and enjoy!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and not have to drive. The location was great for us due to being able to walk to the coffee shop in the morning and a short drive in the evening for dinner.

Anastasia condo

Condo furnishings and view were excellent. We had no TV at all for 4 days and First Choice did send a repairman who could not fix it. Then they were not responsive. I asked for a call back and did not receive one over the weekend. We finally spoke with the owner and she got Xfinity to come in. He had to replace connectors and said wires need replacing. This should have been done before. Also the instructions for entering upon arrival and leaving at the end are confusing and trash collection info is not up to date.

Beautiful view, access, location. Should have 1 point of contact. I had to keep track of multiple aspects for payments of rent, insurance. I’d prefer 1 total charged and paid. Visible at all times during the process.

Million Dollar View ... but needs a good cleaning

The location and the view can't be beat. The ocean views are perfection, and you are steps from the pristine beach. The complex is gated and safe, and close to Historic St Augustine and all the restaurants. The unit is roomy and the bedrooms can easily sleep 6 adults. As stated in other reviews, the furniture is mismatched and dated, but that doesn't really affect your visit. All of the above would have garnered a 5 star review, but the unit is in serious need of a good scrubbing. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the furniture, and the flooring all need attention. If the unit got a good, deep spring cleaning, then I would fully recommend 100%. Bring your own soap, towels, and toilet paper.
