We had the best of time! The weather was perfect, location was perfect & we fond lots to do for all 5 children ranging in age 3months - 13years of age. Definetly would recomend to others. Upon walking in we noticed a lot of sand under shoes and bear feet.

A Good Place to Stay

The facility isn’t brand new but it well kept. It’s supposed to be smoke free but our neighbors smoked on the deck (even though they weren’t supposed to) which diminished parts of our stay. The pools aren’t very big and lazy river is pretty short. However, our unit had a lot of cooking utensils and plates. The parking deck spots are small making it though to park a full sized PU truck. Despite all that, I’d stay there again and was not disappointed regardless of how this review sounds.

Positives: Air conditioning works well Balcony View of the beach is beautiful Hot water is nice The kitchen looks nice Negatives: Three days without a dryer b/c it didn’t work. They gave me a 100 credit, but three days at the beach with no dryer to dry towels and swimsuits was a huge burden. They replaced the washer and dryer unit with a “new” unit after three days. It was larger than the original unit and the closet door to the laundry didn’t close. The noise from the new unit was super annoyingly loud. So loud, you couldn’t watch tv when it was running or hold a conversation. When I told condo world about it my reply was “sorry your new unit is loud”. It must be refurbished or something. No washer and dryer I have ever encountered are this loud and burdensome. The main bathroom didn’t have a plastic curtain for two days until they brought one. When they came to add the plastic curtain, they just threw the fabric one under the sink for the maids to deal with. Parking garage not large enough for a larger vehicle. I called a number of times asking for help or alternative places to park, no one offered any suggestion other than parking in their overflow lot (9 miles away) and either ubering it each time I wanted to leave or walking 9 miles. No consideration at all for our issues. The van fit in the garage but the spaces were so tight it was hard to park and get in and out. I was told I should have called them before my vacation to ask for the measurements for the gara
