Fabulous, fully furnished, professionally decorated oceanfront , vacation condominium. Situated in The Mar Vista Grande, a Four Diamond, AAA rated property. This gorgeous unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with private master suite and elegant master bath. Master bedroom includes oceanfront views and balcony access. Master bath features double sinks, granite counter top, walk-in ceramic tiled shower with seat, whirlpool tub, linen closet, walk in closet with built ins, crown moldiings and more. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite breakfast bar, seating, all appliances and full size stacked washer/dryer. Living room features a large sectional for relaxing while over looking the direct oceanfront. In addition the living room features a large flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet. The two additional bedrooms feature two queenside beds in one bedroom and two full size beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have full size bathrooms in each one. We stay at Mar Vista annually for a 4-day family reunion. This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. I also appreciated the little things that made our stay so much easier and nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Great birthday getaway!

Our family had a great time at the Anderson’s condo! The place looked exactly like the pictures and the amenities were top notch! We would definitely stay there again if we come back to N. Myrtle Beach!

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for 3 families, 6 adults, 2 children and a 1 year old with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to get around. Right on the water, a 1 minute walk to ocean The owner stayed in contact making sure there were no issues Would definitely rent again!

This place is amazing! Just as listed on VRBO. You are within walking distance to main street. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful

We had a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was. Bedding looked new and well take care of, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as it looked on the website. We hope to stay there again in the future. The owner’s were easy to reach and checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay to make sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend.

This condo was great. The view of coast from master bedroom and from living room and balcony was amazing. The pools were great. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The condo was very clean. Paradise Found

Mike and Angela are wonderful hosts. Their condo is even more perfect than the listing can describe. Excellent communication ahead of arrival, immaculate and comfortable accommodations. Nothing beats the oceanfront/beachfront view and abundance of amenities. We had a wonderful time disconnecting from work and being fully present and relaxed with our family. Will definitely return. Yearly MAM (Monday After Masters ) Trip

Hi- we have been coming the past few years to attend Darius Rucker's Monday After the Master's Charity Golf Event. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It is peaceful, has a homey/comfy feel and is very clean. The owners are so kind and checked in with us making sure we had everything that we needed. This will always be our first choice from now on.

We had an amazing family vacation here! Everything about this condo was perfect and beautiful. (The attention to detail and cleanliness for this unit are top notch!) It was VERY clean, well appointed, and the beds were oh so comfortable! The fresh flowers and welcome note on the table was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. Communication with the owners was great, and they also touched base during our stay to make sure all was well. We enjoyed so much more about this place - the large oceanfront balcony, incredible views, perfect location - I could go on and on. We just loved this unit and look forward to staying again soon!

Great time for Family at Beach!

Well-appointed condo in a nice area of North Myrtle beach. Lots of room, very clean and comfortable. Beach was super clean as well and not crowded. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any requests we had.I would definitely recommend staying here!

Relax in a beautiful condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful condo! The pictures in the listing can not fully convey how gorgeous the condo is! The well-appointed furnishings and decor make you feel as though you are at home and immediately put you at ease. There isn’t anything that we needed that was not provided. The view is gorgeous and the seating on the balcony is super comfortable! Communication with the owners and the check in and out process was easy and hassle free. We will definitely stay here again! Paradise in North Myrtle Beach

This vacation home is absolutely magical! The unit is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Listening to the ocean anytime of day is relaxing on the balcony but from inside it’s quiet and peaceful. The extra things like beach chairs and boogie boards made it extra fun for hitting the beach! The pool area is incredible with an outdoor pool, lazy river (the best!), an outdoor hot tub and indoor pools and hot tub. There are tons of lounge chairs and the vibe with the music and the tiki bar makes it feel like a resort. The location is spectacular and we did lots of walks to Main Street and even used the free shuttle to get to the grocery store and some shops. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolute perfection!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and lounge comfortably, and the complex itself was nicely appointed with multiple pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, etc. The owners were fantastic to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect during our stay.
