A great house with everything you need, in an ideal location both in summer and winter - very comfortable single-family house "Happy". On the outskirts, in a sunny, elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property with lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "510" 450 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km, bathing lake "Erlebnisbadesee" 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 4 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. Clean

The house was clean and big enough for our family . We arrived early but was told to come back later which wasn’t a problem as we had to go and get food etc but on our return the cleaners were still there . There was no further communication about keys to the property or codes given for the safe key . We ended up phoning and eventually was given a code . The freezer is way too small and the bedroom with the sofa bed was cold all the time . Also basement could do with being warmer.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus

Wir waren eine 10-köpfige Reisegruppe mit 5 kleinen Kindern und haben unseren Aufenthalt im „Happy“ sehr genossen. Der Checkin lief sehr einfach und freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und es ist sehr schön, mit viel Massivholz eingerichtet. Garten und Terrasse sowie die gigantische Wiese waren ideal für uns mit Kindern. Das Objekt war absolut sauber. Lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen. Die Lage in Eben (Pongau) ist hervorragend für Ausflüge. Platz für 3 Autos

Schöne Unterkunft nahe Skigebieten

Das Haus ist ansprechend ausgestattet. Insofern für größere Gruppen eine echte Empfehlung. Allerdings kann ich mich den anderen Rezensionen nur anschließen, dass für zehn Personen der Kühlschrank deutlich zu klein ist und das Fehlen eines Wäscheständers auffällt. Super ist die Möglichkeit, sein Elektroauto gegen eine pauschale Gebühr aufzuladen. Spitze ist die Nähe zu den größten Skigebieten in Ski Amade!

Prachtig huis

Het is een geweldig mooi huis maar ook wij vinden de koelkast veel te klein voor 10 personen (wij waren met 7 en dat was al bijna niet te doen) en na een ski dag moet je voorzichtig zijn met het warme water anders hebben de laatste pech… De vuilnis moet gescheiden worden (helemaal goed) maar er is maar 1 klein emmertje en verder heb je overal zakken met gft,plastic etc daar zou ook uitbreiding in mogen Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt het op een mooie ideale plek! Aanrader!!

Tolles, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Wir waren im September 2021 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Betten waren bequem, es gab einen Grill und Sonnenliegen, ein Bäcker war mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit entfernt und der große Esszimmer Tisch war toll. Einzig die Esszimmerstühle sind recht durchgesessen, diese gehören mal neu gepolstert. Außerdem war es sehr warm im Haus und an den Fenstern gab es leider keine Fliegengitter, wodurch es abends entweder sehr warm und mit der Zeit stickig im Wohn-/Esszimmer wurde oder viele Insekten reingeflogen kamen. Die Sauna wurde täglich von uns genutzt, schade war nur, dass man sie z. B. bei schlechtem Wetter nicht auch mal früher/länger nutzen kann. Alles in allem würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die eigene Sauna weiß zu überzeugen. Die Einrichtung sieht stylisch aus. Es gibt nur kleinere Schwächen wie z.b. eine etwas schwache Heizung in einem Schlafzimmer im ersten Obergeschoss und Terrassentüren durch die kalte Luft herein strömt. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Es war alles gut. Als Hinweis. Die Terrassen/Gartenbank könnte mal nachgeschraubt werden. Ein elektrischer Mixer wäre auch schön. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Danke

Heerlijk verblijf

Het was een zeer schoon huis, bedden top, douches super. Verbeterpunten, te kleine koelkast, zou echt makkelijk op te lossen zijn door een extra koelkast in de kelder te zetten. Wij vinden de prullenbak erg klein. Ik zou daar een andere oplossing voor zoeken. De grote containers staan overigens in de garage.

Prachtig vakantiehuis met onverwachte luxe

Wat een prachtige vakantie woning, zelfs vakantie villa te noemen! Voorzien van alle gemakken en luxe voorzieningen die we normaal niet in een vakantiewoning aantreffen. Goede bedden en iedere kamer voorzien van een eigen tv. De keuken was ook van topklasse apparatuur voorzien en het algehele niveau was zeer goed. Enige puntje van advies is dat de koelkast in de keuken te klein is voor 10 personen, 1 extra in de kelder/garage en het eindcijfer wordt een 10. Wij vonden dit huis een 9.5 waard!

Maison très confortable

Bien située géographiquement pour rayonner dans le Salzburger Land. Très bonne qualité de fabrication du bâtiment. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Accès facile aux sentiers de randonnée du lieu, et accès autoroutier très simple. Manquent éventuellement un grille-pain ( petit détail), et des volets au lieu de rideaux (lumière du jour parfois gênante pour un non germanique).

Happy house

Schitterende woning waar alles in orde was. Prachtige badkamers met regendouche. Slaapkamer in de kelder was te weinig verluchting voorzien. We kunnen maar 1 opmerking geven dat de frigo veel te klein is voor 10 personen. Voor de rest een top huis op een leuke locatie.

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus!!!

Wir waren 6 Männer beim Wanderurlaub in Eben und hatten dieses Ferienhaus 4 Tage gebucht! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir waren total begeistert!

Heerlijk huis

Mooi en centraal gelegen voor wandelingen, voldoende voorzieningen. Meivakantie is periode dat er hotels, hutten en dergelijke gesloten zijn. Salzburg is zeker een bezoekje waard, evenals de nabijgelegen Eisriesenwelt in Werden.
