In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "510" 450 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km, bathing lake "Erlebnisbadesee" 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 4 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 1.5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Amadé 1.5 km, Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann 8 km, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee 8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Free ski bus service to the ski region Flachau.
