L'appartement est très bien. Par contre, la première photo fait miroiter une belle terrasse dont malheureusement on ne peut pas profiter du tout en raison des mouettes ("terrain miné"). D'autre part une chambre donne coté rue où tous les matins de très bonne heure on entend le déchargement des livraisons du monoprix même fenêtre fermée. De ce fait le prix reste très élevé car les prestations ne sont pas au RDV. Cordialement.

Eigentlich alles gut....

Die Wohnung ist sehr o.k. - inkl. TG und Aufzug, die Lage perfekt - einzig die Sauberkeit von Terrasse und Balkon lassen zu wünschen übrig (reichlich Möwen- und Taubenkot)

Localisation parfaite. Appartement conforme aux informations fournies sur le site. Grande terrasse, mais difficilement utilisable à cause de la multitude de mouettes présentes en permanence.
