We rent our new chalet located in Serre Chevalier Chantemerle in a very quiet and wooded residential environment. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from a shopping area (bakery – Carrefour Market – caterer...) and 7/8 minutes walk from the start of the slopes (gondola and chairlift)
Very beautiful chalet all in Larch from a renowned builder. South facing without vis-à-vis with a view of the slopes and the Prorel
With a surface area of 130m² and a capacity of 10 people, the accommodation comprises:
On the ground floor:
Entrance and ski-room with boot dryer
Fully equipped kitchen

On the ground floor:

Monsieur et Madame Piot sont charmants, nous avons été tres bien accueilli. Le chalet est neuf et magnifique, il ne manque rien. Il y a un parking devant le chalet et les remontés mécaniques sont à 5mn à pied.
