Just 10 minutes from the Saint-Ferréol leisure park and in the heart of the Toulouse-Carcassonne-Albi tourist triangle, you'll enjoy an ideal location for discovering the treasures of Occitanie: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Toulouse (the Pink City), Albi and its famous cathedral, not to mention the numerous hiking trails, Lake Lampy, the Cammazes area, and the unspoiled landscapes of the Lauragais. This comfortable gîte welcomes you to a verdant, flower-filled, and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting. You will enjoy a private swimming pool, a pool house, a new north-facing wooden terrace—especially welcome during the summer heat—as well as numerous natural and landscaped shaded areas to fully enjoy sunny days. Whether you're a couple, a family, or a group of friends, everything is in place to share precious moments in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As practitioners of wellness massages, sound therapy, and Access Bars®, we offer a variety of relaxation services by reservation to make your stay a truly rejuvenating escape. A particularly cozy, independent wooden chalet complements the Domaine's amenities and can host workshops, training sessions, and professional events. Nature lovers will also appreciate the Domaine's animals: chickens of various breeds laying multicolored eggs, Ouessant sheep, and Indian Runner ducks all contribute to the charm and authenticity of the place. Cottage layout: • Ground floor: Living/dining room (Verisure alarm/camera not active) Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and pantry. • Upstairs: "Ô de Rose" bedroom: 1 king-size bed. "Ô de Bleuet" bedroom: 1 king-size bed. Shared shower room and toilet. All king-size beds can be converted into two single beds to accommodate your group size. Outside: enclosed grounds and parking, private terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, hammock, sun loungers, board games, and numerous areas perfect for relaxation. The L'Eau d'Ô cottage is attached to the Les Fées cottage, which is itself attached to the owners' house. Each cottage has its own entrance, terrace, and private living spaces. Together, the two cottages offer a total capacity of 6 bedrooms and 15 beds under the name "Les Fées de l'Ô" (The Water Fairies). During your stay, the owners may be required to maintain the swimming pools, feed the animals on the property, and tend to the grounds. They will do so with the utmost discretion to ensure your peace and quiet. The Domaine de la Fée de l'Eau (Water Fairy Estate) is an invitation to tranquility, nature, and well-being, for a stay dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation.
