This apartment benefits from a swimming pool, a SPA and a pétanque court in the shade of the trees, shared with the other gîtes. A stone's throw from the Toulouse metropolis, you will be close to numerous points of tourist interest: 8km from the Toulouse Exhibition Center (MEET), 12km from Toulouse-Blagnac airport and the Aéroscopia museum, 8km from the Bouconne forest and the Seilh golf course, 6km from the Château de Merville, 3km from Aussonne (shops and restaurants), 11km from Granada and its listed market hall (one of the most beautiful markets in France!), 21km from the leisure park and adventures of Animaparc, 23km from the leisure center of Lake Isle-Jourdain, 25km from Château de Laréole and only 1 hour by car from Montauban and Auch. "Campagne Chic" gîte, on one level (70m²), with large living room (integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge area with flat screen TV and convertible sofa for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people 160*200cm ) (2 beds for 1 person 90*190cm), bathroom (Italian shower and sink), laundry room (washing machine) and separate WC.
