Holiday house for 6 people in the countryside 8km from Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol. Pets not allowed. No internet. Unfenced land. On a farm (wheat, corn, beans, sunflowers... still grown by the owner's husband) in the Lauragaise countryside, in the middle of the fields, this old renovated farmhouse (dating from the 19th century and in Josiane's family since 4 generations) awaits you to discover the riches of the Pays de Cocagne. Between Toulouse (50km) and Carcassonne (53km), near the Canal du Midi, the bastide of Revel (8km) and the lake of Saint-Ferréol (nautical base at 11km), it is also a starting point towards the Tarn (Abbaye de Sorèze at 13km, Albi at 65km...). Lake Lenclas 15min (fishing). On the ground floor: living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with kitchen area opening onto a terrace at the back, WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 120cm), shower room/WC (washing machine/tumble dryer). Electric heating. Green space, courtyard and terrace. Ideal for discovering the treasures of the Lauragais region, this renovated farmhouse is set in the middle of fields.
