Exclusive apartment with large roof terrace near the beach with sauna

This exclusive apartment was completed in March 2016 and a high standard. In just 5 minutes walk from the train station you arrive at this upper apartment on the top floor of a 4-family house in a quiet location. The beach is also just 5 minutes. The open living-dining area with a nice round dining table with 4 chairs, a large sofa, an armchair and a desk area with 2 bar stools and access to the approximately 30 m² large sun roof terrace was designed attractive. A comfortable kitchen with refrigerator and built-in freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, etc. The large daylight bath is equipped with a sauna, single storey tiled open shower, vanity noble conditioning and toilet. In the bedroom there is a large box spring bed and a nice sliding door wardrobe and a travel cot for babies. A chic podium staircase leads to the floor space. A total of 4 to 6 places are available. Two high-quality TV, a sound bar and wireless internet are standard.

Die Wohnung war einfach nur perfekt! Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhiges Haus, sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sowie die Wohnung an sich hochwertig und neu! Durch die Sauna und die große Dachterrasse fühlt es sich sogar wie ein Wellness-Urlaub an!Vielen Dank!

Super ausgestattete schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist top, Küche komplett ausgestattet, genügend Platz zum Verstauen aller Sachen. Bad mit großzügiger Dusche, toll ist auch die Sauna. Schade ist nur, dass die superschöne Dachterrasse nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus begehbar ist, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir kommen wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen. Hier lässt es sich bei jedem Wetter gut aushalten. Sehr günstig gelegen: vor allem nah am Bahnhof und am Supermarkt. Ansonsten gibt es auf Langeoog sowieso keine wirklich weiten Entfernungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider waren die Sitzmöbeln auf der Terrasse so verrottete das sie nicht zu gebrauchen waren Schrauben standen raus und der Tisch war so wacklig das man nichts daraufstellen konnte Die Wohnung war schön Für das Geld erwarte ich allerdings das alles im guten Zustand ist

Tolle Ferienwohnung, gut durchdacht

Eine tolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht und sogar noch ein bisschen mehr. Eine kleine Sauna ist mit im Bad um vom anstrengenden Tag auf der Insel zu erholen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
