Apartment block "Avenida", built in 1980. 27 apartments in the residence. In the resort, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (10 x 20 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Public car park at 250 m, public parking on the road. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant 20 m, bar, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop, sandy beach "Playa de la Fontanilla" 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Great Location
We stayed here for 2 weeks in June. Pros..wifi excellent,quite,smart tv,air con, all appliances worked perfectly.
Cons...needs a spruce up, new table and couch. But mostly a nice relaxing appartment. Pool was lovely and clean and with only 27 apartments it felt at times That we had it all to ourselves.

Los muebles de la terraza no eran suficientes para 4 personas. La habitación de dos camas muy justa ,mala disposición de las camas sin opción de cambio, mal acceso al armario. Todo el apartamento está renovado y es cómodo salvo lo anteriormente comentado Buena ubicación

schönes Feriendomizil
Liegt sehr nah am Zentrum und an der Promenade. Ideal, wenn man sich nicht daran stört, dass es auf spanischen Strassen nachts auch sehr lebhaft ist. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, dem sei an der Stelle Ohropax empfohlen. Sehr gute Betten! Der Herd ist übrigens mit Induktionsplatten ausgerüstet. Schönes ruhiges Haus mit sehr netten spanischen Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und die Leute von Interhome sehr, sehr nett. Vielen Dank an der Stelle für die liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos de l'annonce. Mon téléphone avait du mal à capter le wifi contrairement au téléphone de mon amie. Situation idéale, centré mais dans une rue calme, juste le camion poubelle qui passe toutes les nuits vers 2h30. Petit déjeuner de l'autre coté de la route et supérette d'urgence. Sinon tout est près, restaurants, plages, bars nocturnes, supermarchés, shopping. A refaire sans hésiter !
