The house was clean and well stocked for our family of 9. We were close to downtown and had very easy access to New Circle Road and the highways. The area was very quiet and peaceful and our kids loved the game room!

It does not meet the criteria that it promotes. There is not enough silverware for the amount of people it can accommodate and the pots/pans are subpar. The porcelain in the bathtub is chipping off and does not drain while showering. This particular shower is in a closet by itself and the. The sink and toilet are in another closet without any room and poor lighting. You can’t enjoy the “game room” because it’s actually the garage and games aren’t level. There were only 4 chairs for the outside area. When we first arrived the smell was musty and smelled like cigarettes. We discussed the pricing reflects the quality of the place. Just like the saying goes you get what you pay for. If price and location are what you’re looking for it’s good.

Great spaces, great location

We had a mixed group staying together to go to the Billy Strings concert at Rupp. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with an easy drive into downtown with amenities close by. Very clean, easy check in/out process. Large backyard great for pets. Rooms are spacious even with multiple beds. Teens enjoyed the game room. Great stay!
