Andrea Abode is a home away from home on a quiet street in an extremely nice neighborhood in Lexington, KY. With over 2,500 SQ ft of house on a half acre, this house is a spacious, quiet home. The Andrea Abode features a large living room; fully stocked eat-in kitchen with premium cooking utensils; comfy dining room; large game room with pool table, games, and large TV; 5 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping a total of 12, and each containing their own tv; 2 full bathrooms; and a washer/dryer. If that isn't enough, the large backyard features a private yard with a grill, spacious covered patio, and a large fire pit.

Pet Policy:
The pet fee is $100 per dog
There is a 2-dog maximum
We only allow dogs
You will need to bring a crate
Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
The pet fee is non-refundable
Please clean up after your pet(s)
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Before 30 days - Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25) - $50 cancellation fee
