House in the heart of Murat's historic center

Located in the heart of Murat's historic centre, this house welcomes you on three and a half levels. Murat is a major tourist destination in the Cantal region, renowned for its history and magnificent landscapes. The house is 10 km from the Super Lioran ski resort, which is also accessible by train (Murat train station is 300m from the house; a ski lift departing from Lioran station allows you to reach the resort for €2.60). Saint Flour is 26 km away. The Maison de la Faune (Wildlife Centre) is 100m away. The accommodation: On the ground floor, a modern and equipped kitchen; Oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. On the ground floor, the living room with TV, Bluetooth speaker, fibre optic Wi-Fi box, library, and a toilet. On the second floor, the bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a large chest of drawers, a bathroom with toilet, and a 100x80cm shower. Two single beds (90cm) complete the sleeping area on the mezzanine level of the bedroom. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented through our concierge service. Please note: there are some rather steep stairs!
