LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Experience the ultimate luxury of a beach house, equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV, complete with a Roku streaming device so you can have access to all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line amenities—from a Keurig coffee maker to cookware, plates, bowls, and more – so you can make yourself at home without having to worry about bringing anything extra.

POOL
You will have access to your own 20-foot heated pool. The pool is 3’ deep on one end and 4’11” at the deep end. We have the temp set to 78 degrees, and the kids enjoyed the pool temperature.

*Please note that the pool heater (heat pump) will NOT work when the ambient temperature dips below 57 degrees. The heat pump takes the heat from the ambient air to heat the pool water. When it drops below about 57 degrees outside, there is not enough heat to activate the heat pump.

PETS
Dogs are welcome. We allow up to 2 dogs, with a pet fee of $75 per dog. Please bring bags and clean up after your pets.

BEACH ESSENTIALS
We JUST bought a bunch of beach toys for guests to use. You won't have to worry about bringing umbrellas, beach chairs, a beach wagon, or kids' sand toys.

OUTDOORS
There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand as you walk back from the beach. There is also an outdoor grill available for your use. Kindly bring your own charcoal.

PARKING
Never worry about parking! There's free parking space for up to 3 cars.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This single-floor home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there.

DAMAGE WAIVER
While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog.

The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out.

Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
We understand you may have questions about our cleaning fee, so let us shed some light on its purpose. It's not just a number; it reflects our commitment to immaculate cleanliness and fair treatment of our cleaning team.

The cleaning fee primarily supports our cleaners with living wages, empowering them to thrive in today's economy. We believe in respecting their hard work, which directly translates into the quality of your stay.

Beyond cleanliness, we're dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless. We're on call to address any issues promptly, guaranteeing your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the cleaning fee isn't for profit. It directly supports fair compensation for our cleaners and includes a unique damage coverage policy, providing added protection for both you and our property.
