Lannie's and Marley's is an adorable 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home on the Intracoastal Waterway. Newly Renovated in 2022. Steps from the Pelican Club and all the popular restaurants of the Inlet District. Perfect location for guests in town for a wedding at the Pelican Club or Jupiter Beach Resort. Lannie’s Cottage and Marley’s Surf Shack are uniquely laid out offering two separate spaces in one. Lannie's Cottage has been updated with a new kitchen, all new furnishings from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, and Serena and Lily. The 1950's cottage comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms that include two king beds and two extra-long twin beds finished with Pottery Barn linens to ensure a great night's sleep. The terrazzo floors and the retro pink and green bathrooms represent a bit of nostalgia blended with today's modern conveniences. The cottage has a living room and a family room each with a large flat-screen smart tv and an indoor and outdoor bar so that you can enjoy your favorite cocktail. Attached to Lannie's Cottage is Marley's Surf Shack. With its own separate entrance, it's perfect for extended family or friends to share. Marley's is a throwback with a retro laid-back feel that is decorated with quality furnishings with a modern 70's vibe. The two-bedroom space has one king and one queen bed, a living room with a large screen smart tv, an efficiency-type kitchen, and one full bath. Lannie's and Marley's share a beautiful backyard that is landscaped to feel like a tropical oasis. In the morning, sip your coffee under the covered patio while enjoying the views on the Intracoastal. In the evenings, sit back and relax on the Adirondack chairs and take in the captivating sunsets. On chilly night, warm up around the wood burning fire pit. Two outdoor park-style grills are provided on the property for a family barbeque. Kayak from your backyard using our two complimentary kayaks. Located right in the center of it all. Walk to all the popular restaurants and bars; Guanabanas, Utiki, Jetty's, Square Grouper, Topside, Lucky Shuck, Charlie and Joe's, Schooners, 1000 North, and The Pelican Club. Visit the local coffee shop, ice cream shop, mini-golf, or Blue Line Surf Shop just across the street. Walk or bike to the beach located just one mile to the south. Harbourside and Publix Grocery are just around the corner. Burt Reynolds boat park, located one mile from the house, is very convenient with easy access in and out of the water. There is ample parking for you to park your boat and trailer in the front yard. Lannie's Cottage and Marley's Surf Shack are truly unique and we are very excited to share this one-of-a-kind property with our renters. You simply can not beat the location. Perfect Spot in Jupiter

Amazing property where 8 of us comfortably stayed for a wedding weekend. If you have a wedding to attend at the Pelican Club, this is the perfect place to stay. Everything about the place was fantastic!

Beautiful Home, Prime Location

Lannie’s and Marley’s is a gem. Both spaces are beautifully designed with lots of comfortable areas and a beautiful outdoor area. The location is ideal; easily walkable to the beach and great restaurants, and a short drive to other Jupiter attractions. Leayne was an impeccable host, welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Lannie’s Cottage & the Surf Den were just perfect for our daughter’s wedding at the nearby Pelican Club. The owner was quick to respond to our questions & super nice! The home was clean, tastefully decorated & the back yard was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

What a great location in Jupiter. Slept 6 comfortably. Fire pit was a big hit, beds and couches were very cozy. Leayne was very helpful and was one of the most accommodative VRBO owners I have dealt with.

We visit Jupiter every spring and sometimes during the summer months. We have stayed in hotels and condos, rental homes and resorts. This house is in the greatest location and absolutely immaculate. For sure our fave. Loved it!

Amazing house and hosts!

My family and I stayed here for my brother’s wedding weekend. It was the perfect house for an incredible weekend. Our host was extremely attentive, communicative, and nice. She was very accommodating and went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The side house was super convenient and spacious. The house was extremely comfortable and clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the outside area and fire pit. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay xx

Fantastic property

This home exceeds all expectations!!! First the owner doesn’t miss a detail! She is in close contact at all times and has equipped this property with everything you might need and more! The home is clean and well appointed. The decorations are just perfect. The grounds are soo pretty too. We didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. Don’t hesitate to rent this spectacular home!

Family Christmas

Our large family just stayed for the second time in this property. We love it and plan to come again next year. So many nice areas to get together and visit since it has 2 dens. We also love the outdoor fire pit and the fact it’s in walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and the beach! Leayne is lovely and wants to make sure your stay is perfect! We highly recommend!

Absolutely PERFECT!!

Check in was easy! Loved the Welcome Basket & Supplies in the houses! Tastefully Decorated as well as updated with really nice Kitchen & Bathrooms! Size was perfect for group & everyone had space to “be together or apart”!! Of course the back water view & grounds are lovely for a gathering!! Convenient to so many great restaurants, beach & the Jupiter Community!! Definitely would stay there again!!❤️💕❤️

Another excellent stay!

This is the second year we rented this beautiful house for our kids and grandkids visit and it did not disappoint! Thankfully the weather was beautiful and did not rain every day like last year! The house is very clean, comfortable, well located and well stocked! Leayne is very accommodating, quick responding and helpful! Thank you for all the treats you left for us! An excellent stay!

A must stay waterfront home in the heart of Jupiter

Our group was in town for a wedding and felt that the entire experience of staying at Leayne’s property was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely easy to communicate with before and throughout our entire stay. The property was beautiful (perhaps even more-so than the pictures even show) and the location couldn’t be beat. With everything so conveniently located we were able to walk to so many restaurants, the beach, and even to the wedding. This place is incredible for groups and waking up to the gorgeous waterfront backyard is something I wish I could do everyday!

Simply the Best!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding. The pictures do not do it justice! We hosted Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and the incredible layout made everyone feel like they had their own space. The location was perfect-near the Jupiter Lighthouse and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants. The host went above and beyond, offering early check-in and late check-out, and consistently checked in to ensure our comfort. The house exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures! Looking forward to staying here again soon!

One of the best rentals of all time

This place is amazing. The place was spotless, there was a ton of room between the main house and surf shack, and everything was well stocked and comfy. The little welcome gifts were a great treat as well. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and for grilling, and the kayaks are a fun touch. The location can't be beat with cool places to walk to to eat, a quick walk to the beach, and short rides to anything you'd need. Leayne was the perfect host, with very clear, quick, and proactive communication. 11/10, would recommend to anyone.

This property was perfect for our group! We came for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was at the Jupiter lighthouse, and the reception was at Out of the Blue. The house is located perfectly in between the two. The property was immaculate, just as described. Commnication with owner was super easy and very prompt. The kayaks were great to help row off some stress as the father of the bride! I would definitely recommend for any family/group coming to Jupiter!

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is the most thoughtfully stocked/furnished and well kept property I have seen. We were in Jupiter for a wedding and had plenty of space for my Dad and our 3 grown sons. We enjoyed the kayaks! If we are called to this area again we would stay again, no doubt.

Old Florida Charm Modern Luxury in an Unbeatable Location

Our family just returned from a week-long stay in Jupiter for our daughter’s wedding at The Pelican Club and we're already dreaming of our next visit to this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by this absolutely adorable property.The description doesn't lie – the location is unbeatable! We loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning and all the amazing restaurants and bars like Guanabanas, Utiki, Schooners, Square Grouper and Jetty's. It made every evening feel like a special outing, and not once did we have to worry about parking. This property is a luxurious escape. We slept incredibly well! The retro pink and green bathrooms added such a fun, nostalgic touch without sacrificing any modern convenience. Having both a living room and a family room meant plenty of space for everyone to relax.Additionally, Marley’s Surf Shack provided a private space for our daughter on her wedding week. Our host Leayne was super helpful with recommendations. Whether you are in town for a wedding at the Pelican Club or simply seeking a family getaway, Lannie’s is the place to be. It’s a unique gem that offers the best of Jupiter.

House was perfect for bridal party. Location was ideal for Pelican Club wedding, Guanabanas Welcome Dinner, Dubois Park Brunch and late nights at Square Grouper. Never needed to venture out of the neighborhood. Cottages were adorable, well stocked and comfortable. The yard was paradise. We had no complaints!

Great Family Gathering Place

We were in Jupiter for my niece's wedding at the Pelican Club and Lannie's place was the perfect location and a wonderful place to chill after the wedding festivities. We stayed with our adult children and their girlfriends (a total of 7 of us), and it was so nice that they could have their own space in the Surf Shack.The photos don't do it justice. There really is a decent amount of space for a large group. And the backyard is absolutely beautiful. We just wish we had more time just to chill and enjoy the view. We did use the fire pit after the wedding which was so nice. And we always enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The house is pretty well stocked as far as the kitchen basics, and the kitchen had all of the pans and utensils we needed. The house is in walking distance of several great restaurants - we frequented Guanabanas quite often! Before arriving, we were a little concerned that the home is tucked behind a boat storage lot, but you can barely tell it is there, and it is a very safe area. We did run into a couple of hiccups during our stay, but the owners were quick to take care of everything. Even when the Wi-Fi went out in the surrounding community, they offered to let our adult son use their office to complete his work. My only suggestion is if you are there for a wedding, you may want to bring an extra mirror. We had a lot of women getting ready at once, so we could have used one more mirror in the Surf Shack. We definitely hope to return soon!
